Cab interior air filter for MAN trucks, equivalent to MAN OEM 81619106042. Positioned in the HVAC fresh-air intake duct, it intercepts pollen, road dust, diesel exhaust particulate (including PM2.5), mould spores, and fine debris before they circulate through the cab heating and air conditioning system. Professional drivers accumulate significantly more daily airborne exposure than most other occupations — operating with a blocked or missing cabin filter in urban traffic or near busy distribution centres substantially increases diesel particulate inhalation over a working week. Beyond driver health, a clogged filter progressively reduces heater output and — critically — degrades windscreen demist performance in cold weather, which is a direct road safety concern.
