Genuine MAN cab HVAC blower motor for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in MAN truck cabs. The brushed DC motor drives a centrifugal squirrel-cage fan wheel that draws air through the cabin filter and forces it through the heater core and AC evaporator before distributing it to dashboard vents, windscreen defrost outlets, and footwell ducts. Used across MAN TGX, TGS, TGM, and TGL cab variants. Failure symptoms include no airflow on one or more speed settings, abnormal grinding or squealing noise from the blower housing indicating worn brushes or a seized bearing, and complete loss of cab heating or windscreen defrosting in cold weather — the last of which is a road safety issue. Before replacing the motor, verify that the blower resistor pack and the blower relay are functioning correctly — a failed resistor is statistically a more common cause of speed-dependent failures than motor failure itself. This is a direct OEM replacement. When fitting, ensure the fan wheel is fully seated on the motor shaft before closing the housing to prevent imbalance noise.
