Genuine MAN high-pressure injection line connecting the common rail fuel distribution pipe to an individual fuel injector. This precision-formed steel tube must withstand cyclic pressures exceeding 1,800 bar in modern common rail systems — any crack, pinhole, or fitting failure causes immediate loss of injection pressure, a misfiring cylinder, and significant fire risk from fuel spray near hot engine surfaces. Used on MAN D20 and D26 common rail engines in TGX, TGS, and TGM trucks. Manufactured in Germany to MAN OEM specifications. Injection lines should be replaced if they show signs of surface corrosion at fittings, after any mechanical impact to the engine bay, or whenever an injector is removed — reused lines may not reseal reliably at the injector seat. Do not attempt to straighten or repair a kinked or damaged injection line; always replace with a new unit. When fitting, align the line carefully before tightening fittings, as cross-threading or over-torquing the banjo fittings will cause immediate leakage. Always install new sealing washers at both ends.
