WABCO repair unit (overhaul kit) for the pressure control valve assembly in MAN air brake systems. This kit contains the internal components required to restore a worn or leaking pressure control valve to factory operating condition: typically including new diaphragms, O-ring seals, valve seat inserts, and retaining hardware — the components that experience wear or compression set during normal service life. Repairing rather than replacing the complete valve assembly offers a significant cost saving on high-value components. Made in Poland. All elastomeric components in this WABCO kit are manufactured from compounds compatible with the compressed air media and residual compressor oil present in commercial vehicle brake circuits. The overhaul is suitable for professional workshop use. A pressure test rig is required after assembly to verify that the valve opens and closes at the correct setpoint pressures — a valve reassembled without pressure verification may protect at the wrong threshold or fail to protect at all.
